This Software License governs proprietary Polymodus software made available by POLYMODUS PTE. LTD. for local, browser, desktop, SDK, embedded, self-hosted, or other distributed use. Hosted services remain subject to the Terms of Service and any applicable order or enterprise agreement.
Polymodus Technology
Polymodus Technology includes proprietary Polymodus source code and object code, simulation engines, compilers and generators, WebAssembly modules, runtime libraries, desktop and Tauri application components authored by POLYMODUS PTE. LTD., server components, SDKs, integration code, documentation, and related proprietary materials. It does not include Customer Content, Generated Output, or third-party software governed by separate licences.
Licence grant
Subject to these terms, the applicable purchase, subscription, order, entitlement, or other written agreement, POLYMODUS PTE. LTD. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install, access, and use the applicable Polymodus Technology for your own authorised purposes during the licence period and within the users, devices, deployments, environments, and capabilities included in that entitlement.
A free or browser-delivered entitlement permits only the use that POLYMODUS PTE. LTD. makes available for that entitlement. A perpetual, offline, air-gapped, self-hosted, enterprise, or source-available right exists only if the applicable order or written agreement expressly grants it.
Customer Content and Generated Output
This licence does not transfer ownership of Customer Content to POLYMODUS PTE. LTD.. As between you and POLYMODUS PTE. LTD., POLYMODUS PTE. LTD. does not claim ownership of Generated Output created from your Customer Content, to the extent that output is capable of ownership under applicable law.
Generated Output may depend on, call, reference, or require Polymodus Technology. Your rights in Generated Output do not transfer ownership of Polymodus Technology or permit you to copy, extract, redistribute, or sublicense proprietary runtime components beyond the licence granted for those components. Exported source code may therefore be yours while a referenced Polymodus runtime remains separately licensed.
Restrictions
Except where this licence, an applicable order, or mandatory law expressly permits it, you must not copy Polymodus Technology other than copies reasonably required for authorised use or backup; modify or create derivative works of Polymodus Technology; distribute, publish, sublicense, rent, lease, resell, host for third parties, or otherwise make it available to unauthorised persons; remove proprietary notices; circumvent licence, entitlement, access, or technical restrictions; or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it.
A restriction on reverse engineering, interoperability work, or other activity applies only to the extent that applicable law permits that restriction. Nothing here restricts rights that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
Third-party and open-source software
Polymodus distributions may include third-party or open-source components. Those components remain governed by their own licence terms, and those terms control for the relevant component where they grant rights or impose obligations that differ from this proprietary licence. See the third-party notices and the release-specific notices supplied with the applicable distribution.
Updates and compatibility
Updates, upgrades, replacement components, and new major versions may be subject to the same licence or to updated terms identified with the release. Unless an order expressly promises a compatibility or support period, this licence does not require indefinite support for older versions, operating systems, integrations, or file formats.
Ownership and reservation of rights
POLYMODUS PTE. LTD. and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in Polymodus Technology that are not expressly granted by this licence. No implied licence is granted by disclosure of source code, provision of an SDK, access to documentation, generation of output, or interoperability with another system.
Termination
This licence ends when the applicable entitlement expires or terminates, unless an applicable perpetual licence or written agreement states otherwise. It may also terminate for an uncured material breach where termination is permitted by law and the applicable agreement. On termination, you must stop using and, where required, remove proprietary Polymodus Technology, while retaining any rights that lawfully survive in your Customer Content and Generated Output.
Warranty, liability, and governing terms
Warranty, service-level, refund, indemnity, and liability terms are governed by the applicable Terms of Service, order, enterprise agreement, and mandatory law. This licence does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The licence is governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to mandatory rights that apply regardless of a contractual choice of law.
